Stefanie Lamont received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Colorado in Denver. She has taught both elementary and special education for over 8 years. In her time as an educator, she has worked with students from a wide variety of socio-economic backgrounds and with diverse needs; her areas of specialty include Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome. Stefanie holds professional CO teaching license with the endorsements Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education Generalist (5-21). She also received graduate certificates in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education from Regis University in 2016 and Applied Behavior Analysis from CU Denver in 2018.
Stefanie is originally from Germany and moved to Colorado in 2014. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, hiking, snowboarding, climbing and doing yoga. A fun fact about Stefanie is that she has three dogs. If she could eat one food for the rest of her life, it would be Lasagna!
